Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

Package is delayed
Check your tracking number on the carrier's website for updates. Most delays resolve within 3-5 business days. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us.
Package appears lost
Reach out to us with your order number and tracking information. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it—typically by reshipping or issuing a refund.
Delivery confirmation shows delivered, but I didn't receive it
Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately.
